According to the Daily Mail, the striker complained to manager Erik ten Hag that the Portuguese midfielder 'wasn't passing to him enough' during games.

The Denmark international also fell out with Diogo Dalot during Man United's 4–3 defeat against FC Copenhagen in the Champions League last year.
