'Unproven at a big club': Danny Murphy questions Man United's interest in Michael Olise

Speaking on talkSPORT radio, Danny Murphy said: "Michael Olise is better than Antony, isn't he. He's better than what Manchester United have got.

"But Olise is still unproven. Yes, he's proven at the Premier League level. But he's unproven at a big club.

"Man United should be going for players who could make competitive with Manchester City. And Olise is not that yet, although he's a talent."

Olise has emerged as a transfer target for Man United although a January move for the Crystal Palace winger has been ruled out.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe wants to make the 22-year-old one of the first signings of the new era at Old Trafford as he assumes control of football operations.
