West Ham referee named
Simon Hooper will be taking charge of the West Ham vs Manchester United clash in the Premier League on Saturday, it has been confirmed.
The 41-year-old has so far refereed just four top-flight games involving the Red Devils with a record three wins and one draw.
Man United told Antony is simply 'useless'
Antony has zero goals and just one assist in his last 26 games for Man United and the Red Devils have been warned that they have signed a complete dud.
In a scathing assessment of the Brazilian, former Ireland midfielder Eamon Dunphy said: "Antony cost £90 million from Ajax, Erik ten Hag's old club. He's had chance after chance. He plays him every week, he's useless."
Solskjaer set for managerial return
Former United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has reportedly been offered the chance to return to management by Besiktas.
Solskjaer has been out of work since November 2021 when he was sacked by United after a run of poor results.
