Fabrizio Romano: Arne Slot to sign his Liverpool contract TODAY

Arne Slot is set to put pen to paper on his Liverpool contract on Friday, May 17, it has been confirmed.

According to Fabrizio Romano, 'all documents are in place' for the Dutchman to succeed Jurgen Klopp as the Anfield manager.

An official announcement is expected to come after the German's final game in charge at the club against Wolves in the Premier League on Sunday.

Romano adds that United Kingdom work permits are 'still pending' for some of Slot's staff members but everything is expected to go smoothly in the next few days.
