Dominik Szoboszlai and Wataru Endo have been key players at Liverpool this season. Both arrived in the summer.
"It is never easy to come into a new league, in a new team with new players," the Hungarian said, as quoted by the Liverpool Echo.
"But I think we showed as a team we can reach almost everything - not yet, but we are on it. We had a completely new midfield with Macca, Endo, Ryan and me. We have shown we are ready to show up in the Premier League."
Asked specifically about Endo, Szoboszlai said: "I played against him when he was at Stuttgart and he is everywhere. It feels like you're past him and you turn around and he's already there.
"I can understand how people think 'how is he there when I just passed him?'. You'll have to ask the gaffer if he's a good signing!"
Endo has silenced his doubters after arriving at Liverpool from Stuttgart on a £16.2m fee late in the summer transfer window.
The Japan international has established himself as one of the best holding midfielders in the league and a clear first-choice player for the Reds in his position.
