Antoine Griezmann made headlines after poking fun at Alexis Sanchez following Inter Milan's Champions League exit.
Despite leading Serie A by a whopping 16 points and suffering only one defeat this season, Inter Milan couldn't hold onto their first-leg lead against Atletico Madrid. The Spanish side turned the tables with goals from Griezmann and Memphis Depay, forcing the game into extra time and eventually penalties.
Unfortunately for Inter, Sanchez, Davy Klaassen and Lautaro Martinez failed to convert their penalty kicks, leading to their elimination from the tournament.
Footage later emerged showing Griezmann reacting to Sanchez's miss from the sidelines.
Cameras caught the French turning to teammate Rodrigo de Paul and apparently mocking Sanchez's unsuccessful attempt.
Griezmann reportedly said: "He [Sanchez] is sh*t, the Chilean is sh*t!"
