Tottenham have made an opening offer for Leicester players James Maddison and Harvey Barnes, according to the Daily Mail.
Spurs are claimed to offer just over ₤50m for both players put together. The offer was rejected by the side relegated from the Premier League.
A year ago, Leicester wanted at least ₤60m for each of Maddison and Barnes individually. The two players contributed 23 goals and 10 assists between them last season, but their value took a hit after the relegation.
Newcastle are another side interested in both of these players, while Barnes is also on the shortlist for West Ham and Aston Villa.
