Cesc Fabregas achieves Serie A promotion as coach – Thierry Henry is among club owners

Cesc Fabregas has secured Serie A promotion with Como!

The Spaniard was the team's head coach from July to December before his coaching license expired. He led Como to six wins and four draws in 14 matches.

Since December, Fabregas has been the assistant coach under Osian Roberts who previously worked at Crystal Palace and in Wales' national team.

The former Barcelona midfielder started his coaching career right after hanging his boots as a Como player. The club are partly owned by football icons like Thierry Henry and Dennis Wise.

Cesc Fabregas scored 42 goals and delivered 50 assists in 151 appearances for Barca from 2011 to 2014.
