'I thought, you fu**er': Gary Neville reveals Luis Enrique refused to shake his hand after 7-0 win

Do you still remember the times Barca could crush any opponent by five or more goals?

In 2016, it happened to Gary Neville's Valencia who suffered a humiliating 7-0 defeat in Copa del Rey.

But what bothers the Englishman to this day is Luis Enrique's attitude that night.

"It was 7-0. It was the Copa del Rey, not that important competition to Barcelona. So they're 4-0, 5-0 up, and he [Lucho] didn't sub Neymar, Messi or Suarez.

"At the end of the game, I went up to shake his hand. He walked straight past me, ignored me. I thought: 'You fu**er'. His nastiness, that horribleness. He's almost saying: 'Go home, little boy'. I felt like that was sort of a message he was sending to me."

If you know Lucho well, you know he can be like that. While being a top football manager, he also displays his complicated nature sometimes.

Luis Enrique fielded the reserves for the second leg against Valencia, but Neville's side failed to win that game either. Barca advanced to the Copa del Rey final in which they beat Sevilla 2-0.
