Mundo Deportivo note that Pau Cubarsi makes 75.7 passes per 90 minutes on average in La Liga. No centre-back in La Liga makes more passes per 90 minutes than the Barcelona defender.

The youngster is also fifth in the competition by the rate of defensive duels won, with a solid 76.2% successful duels.

Cubarsi has played 681 minutes across seven appearances in La Liga for Barcelona so far this season, emerging as a reliable option for Xavi.
