PSG are already searching for players who will replace Kylian Mbappe at the end of the season and Gavi's name has come up.
According to Ben Jacobs, PSG will save €200m-gross per year when Mbappe leaves in the summer. That huge weight off their wage bill will allow them to go for some of their top targets.
In attack, they have their sights set on Napoli's Victor Osimhen, Rafael Leao, Marcus Rashford and Benjamin Sesko.
PSG's midfield targets are where Barcelona fans would raise an eyebrow. The French club have players like Gavi, Bernardo Silva and Bruno Guimaraes.
Gavi is one of Barca's most committed players and holds the club dearly in his heart. It remains to be seen how PSG would be able to convince him to leave or Barca to sell.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Mbappe informed PSG he won't renew his contract and will leave at the end of the season for free.
