It appears that Dest has failed to win the trust of Milan coach

I would advise him to find his roots back in Ajax that's where I think he can revive himself and his glory back.

He's still young and has a long journey in his career, he shouldn't give up so early.

If I were Barca, I would loan him back to Ajax, after he regains himself back on the truck, we can call Chelsea or PSG with a £80M demand note.

‼️ Why Dest failed at Barca?

✅ Barca expects full backs to be defensively solid. He is good in 1vs1 but had many mistakes when he leaves space behind him.

✅ Offensively, Barca likes the full back to enter opponent's box and make the outside pass to midfielders to score  (a trick made many times by Alba & Messi). He couldn't do this either.
