'This is not my team': Pochettino launches bizarre 'style' rant after Brighton win

Chelsea are looking like they are finally clicking, with the results and the performances finally going the Blues' way.

Mauricio Pochettino wasn't a happy man after Chelsea beat Brighton 2-1 though and got into a debate with a journalist. It looks like the Blues' head coach is frustrated with how the media has treated him this season and has taken offence.

When asked if finishing sixth would be a success, the Argentine said: "I don’t know. We have been all the season talking but it looks like my words are not important and no one cares.

"People only care about rumours and things like this. It’s not important, the most important thing is winning games for me. It has been tough with all the circumstances.

"That is not my team. That’s Chelsea team. Not my team. What do you mean? [to a journalist]

"I don’t know [if Chelsea play in 'his style']. After 15 years working at Espanyol, Southampton, Tottenham, PSG and now Chelsea, I think you know my style, no? In the way we want to play in possession and when we lose the ball. We have the trajectory in football."
