Poch: 'First time I feel so happy this season ... Difficult to be under scrutiny every single week'

Chelsea defeated Tottenham 2-0, putting in an excellent display. Chalobah and Jackson put their names on the scoresheet for the Blues.

Mauricio Pochettino told Sky Sports after the game: "I think it's my first time in the season that I feel so happy because it's the moment that after 10 months the team start to realise that we need to compete. And today we competed really well.

"It's difficult to see every single week that I'm under scrutiny and judgement. But it's not my decision to be here or not to be here.

"Enough is enough. All managers need time to translate their ideas and philosophy."

The Argentine has been under fire pretty much all season as the Blues have delivered underwhelming results. It's been reported that his future will be decided at the end of May, at a club meeting after the end of the season.

Chelsea have climbed to eighth place in the standings after today's victory.
