Angelo will be joining Strasbourg on loan in August, it has now been confirmed by the Ligue 1 sides's chief scout.
Loic Desire said: "He won't be arriving straight away as Chelsea want to integrate him into the club first. He'll come in August after the tour of the United States."
The 18-year-old winger, who moved to Stamford Bridge from Santos this summer for £13 million, has already managed to impress the supporters with his vibrant displays for Mauricio Pochettino's side on tour.
