Mikel Arteta nominated Manager of the Month 4th time in a row

Mikel Arteta is up for the Premier League Manager of the Month for the fourth consecutive month, an Arsenal statement has confirmed.

Arsenal won five games out of the six league games in April to keep their chances of a title win alive.

The Gunners remain ahead of Manchester City, who have a game in hand, by one point.

However, Arteta's game plans have been flawless while his team has also executed his instructions perfectly.

Arsenal collected 15 points out of a total of 18 last month, which is among the best in the league.

Arteta is joined by two more nominees - Everton boss Sean Dyche and Pep Guardiola, who had a 100% win record last month.
