Mbappe will earn less at Real Madrid than at PSG: contract details revealed

Finally, the transfer saga is coming to its logical conclusion. Kylian Mbappe has made a statement that he will leave PSG at the end of the season. The Parisians could not pass Borussia Dortmund in the semi-finals of the Champions League, so the Frenchman decided to tell about the change of club immediately after the unsuccessful game.

According to a well–known insider Fabrizio Romano, Kilian's new club will be Real Madrid. No wonder the Frenchman was negotiating with Ramos about buying an estate in the capital of Spain.

Mbappe will make the most expensive free transfer in history. It sounds paradoxical, you must admit, but it is true. His contract with PSG ends in the summer, so he will become part of the Galacticos as a free agent. Florentino Perez is ready to offer a huge salary to the talented French striker.

171 million pounds-that's how much the 25-year-old player earned playing for the Paris club for a year. According to Sky Sports, Mbappe's salary in Real Madrid will be less. Nevertheless, the fee for the transfer, which was supposed to go to the Parisians, will be received by the player himself.

"The money that Real Madrid will pay as a transfer fee, they will, in fact, pay the player," said Kave Solhekol of Sky Sports.

"He will receive a lot of money for signing the contract – in Spain it is reported that the Frenchman's contract may exceed 100 million pounds," writes the local press.

Mbappe will play his last home game for Parisians at the Parc des Princes on Sunday.

"For many emotions and years, I had the great honor to be a member of the largest French club, one of the best in the world," Kilian said in his message.

"It allowed me to come here, to get my first experience at a club that is constantly wanted to win. I grew up as a player, playing alongside some of the best in history, some of the greatest champions. It's difficult. I never thought it would be so difficult to announce this. But I think I needed a new challenge after seven years," Mbappe concluded his speech.

After moving from Monaco, Kilian won six French championships and scored a record 255 goals in 306 games for Parisians. Mbappe, along with his teammates, can get a golden double if they beat Lyon in the French Cup.
