Bayer Leverkusen are reportedly interested in Real Madrid skipper, Nacho. According to COPE, Xabi Alonso has identified Nacho as a potential summer addition.
Nacho will leave Real Madrid this summer after coming to the decision not to renew his expiring contract. The defender has been linked with a move to the United States and Saudi.
However, with the Bundesliga champions keen to reinforce their defensive ranks with a view to next season, the 34-year-old is considered a viable candidate.
Interestingly, this comes just days on from Leverkusen also being linked with Rafa Marín, currently on loan at Alavés from Real Madrid.
Nacho, however, would seemingly take some convincing, with it added that he is eager to try a new experience outside of Europe.
