Real Madrid refused to extend Sergio Ramos' contract by two more years leading to his unceremonious departure in the summer of 2021.
At the start of the current season, Ramos was hoping that Real Madrid would call him when Eder Militao suffered an ACL injury. That call never came, leaving the legend disappointed for a second time.
But Ramos showed he holds nothing against the club when he returned to the Santiago Bernabeu for the first time last weekend, wearing a different jersey as Los Blancos welcomed Sevilla.
In one fleeting moment caught on camera, Ramos was spotted giving Vinicius Jr. an innocent kiss on the head as both players prepared for an aerial ball.
Vini didn't even seem to notice, but Ramos acts like a doting father here, a true Madridista.
Ramos played a good game and helped his team restrict Real Madrid from scoring more than one goal.
