'We're always open to improving our workforce': Pochettino on potential Pogba move

"The arrival of a midfielder like Pogba? We know that in football things can happen, situations turn around," Mauricio Pochettino has told the media.

"A club like PSG is always open to improving its workforce. A sector where we must strengthen as a priority for me? I won't say it publicly. Never.

“I will tell [sporting director] Leonardo [the sporting director] first, who will tell our president. If I say so, there will be an earthquake and problems.”

PSG were very interested in signing Pogba this summer, but the arrival of Lionel Messi has reportedly slowed down their pursuit for the Frenchman.

The 28-year-old's current deal with the Red Devils runs until July 2022. Real Madrid are also said to be in the race for the Frenchman's signature.
