Honestly ten hag is doing the best he can with this bunch of players.  even if you bring in another manager with this same bunch of selfish players. he will still fail. the owners should back him to offload these players and bring in more hungrier players

those u r talking about used more than 3 yrs to build their team as u r seeing now....
over 60 injuries within a year has rendered us useless and no pattern in terms of play....
we need to stick to the planes hopefully let's wait and see for the next season

Giving excuses and asking for patience after almost two years is not how a good manager behaves. In the first place, he must look into why there are almost 60 injuries suffered by players. Surely there's something linked to his training method .

A lot of those making excuses of injuries and more time weren't around to see what SAF did with even average players he had and they performed greatly. SAF at a point used Carrick as CD when all CDs were injured and was winning. The magic is to get them.play for each other and work as a unit. But after two years EtH cannot make them work as a unit. Attackers lose ball and don't chase back to recover it but just watch as opponents move to midfield and attack. What does he as coach do? 

EtH has signed 13 players which is a whole team but cannot implant a style on the squad and execute his tactics. But he has got none.
Last season it was most probably the rebound effect of a new coach that gave him the success.
All those other coaches who got time like Arteta, Klopp and Pep showed clearly styles and tactics unfolding which encouraged fans. EtH has shown none but just strive to win matches in any manner the players can do it.
If I see a playing pattern unfolding I will show more than enough patience but at this point we are just a "hiding team" against any opposition and wait to counter. We are scared of all opposition. 

And some have forgotten that it all started in UCL even when he had virtually full team. We were losing in last minutes of games yet till date EtH cannot fathom it and have a solution.

ETH is always making excuses and asking for patience. His time is out. He should be gone in the Summer. A good coach must know what players to recruit and how to use them to win games. That's what Guardiola, Klopp and Arteta are.
