Antoine Griezmann after 3–3 Getafe draw: 'Mason Greenwood hurt us a lot, we couldn't stop him'

Atletico Madrid played a 3-3 draw with Getafe on Tuesday to settle for a point each at the Wanda Metropolitana.

After the game, Antoine Griezmann was full of praise for Mason Greenwood. Although the Manchester United loanee didn't get on the scoresheet, he was a constant threat to Atletico's defence.

Atletico looked set to win 3-1 but Greenwood and his teammates inspired a late fight-back to rescue a point.

Discussing the result, Griezmann told DAZN via Goal: "It's a shame because we had made a great effort with ten. 

"It's a shame that Savic makes two fouls and gets two yellow cards. 

"In the end you hold on... Greenwood hurt us a lot, we couldn't stop him at the end of the game and two goals came."
