My only objection is that he should have left in 2018, not only 2 seasons back. Other than thay, yeah, bad at saving penalties (which cost us the Europa League), bad in the air, bad at commanding his box, bad at coming out & excellent at saving shots, especially from close proximity (so let's keep him till he becomes as old as Buffon). 🤷🤦

Degea should have been replaced two seasons ago. Praising him for two or three heroic saves While not correcting him for being responsible for costly mistakes that has denied us points and trophies does not assist our. We must move on from Ole Gunnar Solskjer approach of keeping players who played only for him to keep job and play those that are ready to learn skills from the new manager. Our new manager wants attacking football style as opposed to Counter football and with a goalkeeper hard to concede,  with a good record of clean sheets and Yann Simmer fits so well. He has a good record of saving penalties which Degea does not have and can firmly hold balls and save through acrobatic diving which Degea Can't.
Degea only Saves through punching balls using instincts.
Degea can't be selected as a goalkeeper for Spain.
Let Manchester United sign Allan Saints Maximin and Zaha as they are good dribblers and we need those kind of forwards.

United had the best up and coming keeper in the world with Henderson. United pissed him off so much by lying to him about going to be United’s #1. Now Henderson’s is Forests #1 and is playing great. 
I like De Gea however like so many other past United players De Gea had his time. An now United have to hunt for another #1. 
If it’s not one thing with United it’s another same bullshit year after year!
