Speaking on talkSPORT on Sunday, Jose Mourinho said: "I prayed yesterday, I cried yesterday, but how many millions did it around the world? I believe many because football can bring people together.
"Yesterday, for the wrong reasons football brought people together, and at the end we can celebrate Christian Eriksen is alive.
"Of course, I didn't speak with him but I spoke with [Tottenham and Denmark midfielder] Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg this morning.
"Pierre is very positive about Christian. The news is good, so I think it's a moment to celebrate."
Eriksen suffered a cardiac arrest during the Denmark vs Finland Euro 2020 clash on Saturday and the Inter Milan midfielder resuscitated right there on the pitch.
The 29-year-old was is currently recovering in the hospital with the Danish medical team describing his condition as 'stable'.
