AC Milan and 7 other teams to join Liverpool in Europa League knockout stages – confirmed

The Champions League group stage is officially over and all the third placed teams are now going to drop down to the Europa League.

The 8 teams that will drop to the Europa League will contest the play-off round with teams that were placed 2nd in the Europa League group.

Liverpool will not be playing in the play-off round, having finished 1st in their group.

The following teams have now entered the competition:
