Wataru Endo confirmed as Liverpool player

Liverpool have confirmed the signing of Wataru Endo from Stuttgart.

The midfielder joined the Reds after they agreed a €18m deal with the Bundesliga club.

The 30-year-old was signed after Liverpool were frustrated in their efforts to get Moises Caicedo and Romeo Lavia.

The Japan national team captain spent the last three seasons in the Bundesliga, appearing in 99 out of 102 possible league games.
