When asked about Arsenal he simply said: "Nah!"
Over the weekend, Arsenal and Liverpool, who were both leading the Premier League, slipped down the table as Manchester City surged ahead. Guardiola's team dominated with a 5-1 win against Luton Town on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Liverpool faced an unexpected 1-0 defeat against Crystal Palace and Arsenal stumbled, losing 2-0 to Aston Villa at the Emirates Stadium.
With six games remaining, City now leads the table with 73 points, leaving Arsenal and Liverpool two points behind.
