Mikayil Faye breaks silence about Barca future 

Mikayil Faye is yet to make his senior Barcelona debut but he is highly rated at the club. With reports linking the young defender with a summer exit, he has spoken out.

“Patience is to calmly accept that things come at a different time than you expected," he was quoted to have said in respect to his future. 

Faye faces a battle to break into the first team. Xavi already has Pau Cubarsi, Ronald Araujo, Jules Kounde, Andreas Christensen and Inigo Martinez to choose from which doesn’t leave much room for another defender.

While Kounde has been playing at right-back, and Christensen in midfield, it’s not certain if that will still be the case next season.
