In May 2023, it was said that super agent Jorge Mendes had 'promised' the club to get a €70m offer for his client. There was apparently no serious interest in the forward as Barca dropped the price tag to €40-55m during the summer. After a while, they just loaned him to Brighton.
Ansu has had a difficult campaign in England, failing to become a regular starter under Roberto De Zerbi and accumulating just 1,000 minutes of play (that's 11 full matches) so far. He also picked up another serious injury that ruled him out for several months.
Everything indicates that Fati's price tag will be further lowered by Blaugrana. His current estimated value is €30m and we believe it would be fair to expect offers worth around this fee in the summer.
