5 possible destinations for Ansu Fati as his father wants him to leave Barca now

Ansu Fati's father thinks his son is too good to sit on the bench at Barcelona. If Bori Fati has his way he would take his son away from Barcelona today.

Here are five teams Fati could move to in the summer if Barcelona decides to sell or loan him.

PSG

The Parisian team wanted Ousmane Dembele last summer but failed to get him as the Frenchman extended his contract with Barca instead. In January, they moved to get Chelsea's Hakim Ziyech but also failed. What it means is that PSG are looking for a new forward to complement Mbappe, Neymar and Messi - with one or two of the trio expected to leave this summer.

Ansu may face some difficulties settling in France given the new language and environment. However, it took Messi just about a year to settle there and 20-year-old Ansu has the time to come good in Paris.

Manchester United

Manchester United are a team being built around young players. The new manager Erik Ten Hag has found a way to bring the best out of Marcus Rashford this season.

Man United are expected to sign another forward in January and Fati presents a decent option for the Red Devils. However, the Barca star may find himself in the same position he is at Barca if Man United doesn't offload some forwards like Anthony Martial and Elanga.

Chelsea

The London team have been signing lots of players recently including attackers with a similar profile to Fati. Still, the Barcelona number 10 would come with a point to prove and the pedigree behind a La Masia graduate.

At Chelsea, Fati can find a new lease on life as Joao Felix has just done after moving there on loan from Atletico. Chelsea are also capable of paying his salary unlike the next team we're about to discuss.

Sevilla

Ansu's father said in his interview that he wished his son could return to Sevilla where he started his career. The Rojiblancos could present a stable environment for the attacker and also give him an opportunity to remain in Spain.

Albeit, reports suggest that Sevilla cannot pay Fati's salary even if they wanted to sign him. Thus, the only route that takes Ansu to Sevilla is if Barca allows him to go there on loan.

Probability rating 6/10

Newcastle

Newcastle United are building an interesting project in English football after a change of ownership. Former Sociedad striker Alex Isak who moved them in January has settled quickly and is doing quite well.

According to Sport, Newcastle are already monitoring Fati and could make an offer to sign him at end of the season. If he agrees to move to the Premier League team, the 20-year-old could become another signature signing for the Magpies.
