Thiago Silva to leave Chelsea at the end of the season

Chelsea have confirmed Thiago Silva's departure from Chelsea at the end of the season.

The club released the following video announcing the 39-year-old veteran's departure.

Silva played 151 games for Chelsea and scored 9 times. He won the Champions League, UEFA Super Cup and the Club World Cup during his time at the club.
