Speaking to Si & Dan Talk Chelsea, Frank Leboeuf said: "We need a striker, and I think we need someone like Aleksandar Mitrovic from Fulham would work.
"Mitrovic has the real mentality, he would move the dressing room. I think he has a similar personality to Zlatan Ibrahimovic, he can be that type of guy,
"He has that mentality of winner. I like soldiers. Those guys, they never blink, they never let go, they always face up to it. I love it. He's done well for Fulham."
Chelsea will be in the market for a striker this summer with both Kai Havertz and Romelu Lukaku unlikely be part of the squad by the time next season starts.
Mitrovic, who will be turning 29 in September, has scored 14 goals in 24 games for Fulham during the 2022/23 Premier League campaign, providing two assists.
