Dinamo Moscow comment on Zakharyan deal
Chelsea are reportedly close to signing Dinamo Moscow talent Arsen Zakharyan.
Here's what Dinamo board member Dmitry Gafin said in response to the links: "We don't know anything about his contract with Chelsea. We have not given him permission to negotiate with Chelsea."
The deal is complicated by sanctions imposed on Russian banks after Russia invaded Ukraine.
"We are not looking at how we get the money [from a potential transfer]," Gafin added. "The buying club handles this. Chelsea should manage this."
