Only facts: No ban for City is a good thing for United
The fifth place in the Premier League is no longer a safety cushion for Champions League contenders. Pep Guardiola's side will compete in the competition next season which means we must finish in the top 4.
I believe it benefits us. Here's why:
- City, who could be our direct rivals next term, won't have one competition fewer. Cue Conte's first year at Chelsea when they streamrollered the league without European distraction.
- It's fairer this way: I don't care about City (I actually don't believe this coach and these players are accountable for what happened 5 years ago), I care about United.
- It potentially screws Chelsea. Or Leicester. Havertz won't join Lampard's team then.
- It gives us certainty. I love certainty. Now we must certainly win the remaining games and not turn it into squeaky-bum time.
Tell me what you think about the decision in the comments.

it's ok by me, nothing really to worry about perhaps we have to win our remaining matches to guarantee champions league qualification and to be able to challenge for better players in the transfer market.I think we are capable and ready to give it all,
Stupid decision
Tbh, I too agree that it doesn't really affect us now but I do hate the injustice of it. That's a whole other thing altogether so yeah, shouldn't impact us in any way, shape or form.
