How Man United should line-up against Granada in the second leg of the Europa League tie
Ole Gunnar Solkjaer’s Man United side continues their journey in the Europa league as they host Granada in the second leg of the Europa league quarter-finals.
The Red Devils have a two-goal advantage from the first leg after winning 2-0, thanks to goals from Fernandes and Rashford. Man United already have one leg in the semis ahead of the return leg on Thursday. The game would provide a chance for Solkjaer to rest some of his key players.
David De Gea should be in goal this time around, as Henderson got the nod against Spurs in the weekend.
Man United should expect a defence without skipper, Harry Magiure and left-back Luke Shaw due to suspension. McTominay is also suspended for the game against Grananda.
A central defence of Lindelof and Axel Tuanzebe should complete the job against the Spanish outfits. Alex Telles would replace Luke Shaw in left-back while Aaron wan-bissaka continues in his right-back position.
In midfield, Matic and Fred could play the pivot while van de Beek gets a chance to play the No. 10 role just behind the striker.
Paul Pogba on the left should give a much needed rest to Marcus Rashford.
Mason Greenwood wood was impressive from the bench against Spurs, so he starts from the right-wing.
Edison Cavani scored the winning goal against Spurs in the weekend which will be a needed boost for the Uruguayan.
