Real Madrid have won their 36th La Liga title in history.

The Whites' closest pursuers, Barcelona, have 27 despite winning lots of titles in the 2010s. Then come Atletico Madrid with 11, Athletic Club with eight, Valencia with six, Real Sociedad with two and Deportivo, Sevilla and Real Betis with one each.

Real Madrid have claimed their third title in the last five years as the 2020s prove to be quite successful for the club.

Let's hope the gap between us and the Catalans will only get bigger with time!
