Final punishment for referee who messed up in Valencia v Real Madrid clash revealed

The Competition Committee have decided that Jesus Gil Manzano will not be allowed to officiate La Liga matches for two straight weeks.

However, he is still expected to be the main official in some of the upcoming matches this season.

Many fans believe this kind of punishment is not enough and Gil Manzano should be banned from refereeing for an indefinite period. Seems like it won't come down to this.
