A seemingly harmless social media exchange between Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford - both players linked with departures - has sparked fears among Manchester United fans.

Reacting to Rashford's celebratory Instagram post for completing 400 appearances, Bruno wrote: "400 more to come."

The forward, 26, replied: "It's been a pleasure sharing the pitch with you bro."

According to the Daily Express, this has led to rumours that one of them may be on their way out.

While Bruno has stated he will stay if the club want him to stay, Rashford is yet to address his future publicly.

He got into it with a fan who urged him to leave the club at the Newcastle United game recently.
