Man United prepare to overhaul Carrington training ground to lower the risks of players being injured

Manchester United are gearing up for a major transformation at Carrington this summer, as Sir Jim Ratcliffe and his Ineos team aim to revitalize the club's fortunes.

According to Mail Sport, significant renovations are in store for the training ground, with the influence of sporting director Sir Dave Brailsford evident in the plans.

Central to the redevelopment is the creation of a new 'pre-activation and player performance' zone. Given the team's struggles with injuries, the hope is that this area will help minimize the risk of players getting sidelined.

The overhaul will also introduce more natural light into the facility through the addition of large windows, along with modern, open-plan office spaces. This initiative reflects the club's ambition to climb back to the top.

Although officials have not disclosed specific costs, the project is expected to be a multi-million-pound endeavour. Ratcliffe and his team are using the off-season to expedite these changes and set the stage for a brighter future for Manchester United.
