Ten Hag snaps at Dutch journalist for asking if Man United really play dynamic football

The 1-1 draw with Burnley was yet another drab game where Manchester United dropped points despite being in a winning position.

After the game, Erik ten Hag bizarrely claimed Man United are playing 'dynamic and entertaining' football.

During his press conference before facing Crystal Palace on Monday, a Dutch journalist questioned Ten Hag's claim.

Viaplay’s Koen Weijland asked Ten Hag to clarify the 'dynamic' statement. Erik immediately shot back: "If you would do your research. You would see in our data that we are very dynamic in terms of attacking play.

"I’m just trying to explain that to you.

"If you did your job, you would see that we are the team that is currently the most attractive and vertical team in the entire Premier League in terms of speed and movement."

When Weijland pointed out that attractiveness in football is subjective, Ten Hag asked him if he was entertained in Man United's recent games with Liverpool and Chelsea.

The journalist admitted he was and Ten Hag continued: "Then we agree.

"We have approached the matches we have played in recent times in an attacking manner, especially for the neutral spectator.

"We create a lot of chances and we concede a lot. It is open and it is fun to watch."
