Man United interested in Axel Disasi
According to FootMercato, a tier-three source, Manchester United's recruitment team have met with the representatives of AS Monaco centre-back Axel Disasi.
The 25-year-old is among the top defenders in Ligue 1 this season, with Monaco expected to demand a fee of €50 million for his services in the summer window.
Koeman implies Frimpong can't defend
Netherlands head coach Ronald Koeman had an interesting answer when he was asked about excluding rumoured Man United target Jeremie Frimpong, a 22-year-old right-back, from his side.
Koeman replied: "No Frimpong? This is because of the system that we play in. He plays almost as a right winger. My right back should be able to defend well in the first place and I have my doubts about that."
