What a fab player this guy is ,,, I agree that when he hangs up his boots and retires we need to get him on the coaching staff , he has so much talent it would be criminal not to utilise his skills for the next generation of players . 
He is a true Red Devil , and he knows what it means to wear the famous red jersey ,

Let me tell you what matter can teach them.
He has the experience and know how to affect a play, great football sense, but his body can't keep up with his footballing knowledge anymore. He can teach those younger players the football knowledge he has acquired through playing many years against the best teams and defenses. Since the youngsters have the energy and body to keep up, those teachings will be very valuable to them as they'll be able to apply them to the way they play because their body can very well keep up unlike an aged player. Now do you understand?!

Broo.. I literally watch almost all games Hannibal plays for the youth team and under 23 and he's so exciting, reminds me Of Grealish with his tricky feat and ability to dribble in tight spaces and draw fouls and then the direct running of a young Giggs
