Leeds place bid for Barca winger to replace Raphinha (reliability: 4 stars)

Leeds United are already preparing for life without Raphinha. According to Football Insider, the English outfit have placed a bid of €21m for Adama Traore as a replacement for Raphinha.

Adama registered four assists in his first five games for Barcelona. However, his form stuttered from there as he failed to make a goalscoring contribution in the next 13 games.

Barca have already told Adama they will not activate the buy option at the end of his loan deal.

Meanwhile, Leeds would gladly take Adama for around €23.5m. That would see them replace Raphinha and have some change - if they sell the Brazilian for their intended €50m.
