According to Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea are preparing a new offer for 17-year-old Palmeiras winger Estevao Willian.

The new offer will be above the €55m release clause, but Chelsea hope to agree more favourable payment terms.

Chelsea linked with winger from Paraguay

According to journalist Hernan Castillo, Chelsea want winger Ramon Sosa from Argentinian side Atletico Talleres who has a £15.7m release clause.

The 24-year-old Paraguay international is also wanted by the other BlueCo side Strasbourg, as per ESPN's Roberto Rojas.
