The Blues took the lead on the night but were outplayed for much of the game and Brighton's 

He told BBC: "In the first half we were the better team and they scored out of nowhere. We stuck with it and in the second half we were the better team.

"When you come up against Chelsea you have got to be on top of your game. The gaffer sets us up with such clarity on how we are going to attack the game and it makes a big difference for us.

"Chelsea are struggling a bit, we sensed that. We felt we could have got all three points but in the end are happy with the draw."

This isn't a good sign for Chelsea, who have clearly lost their aura of fear inevitability from earlier in the season. The Blues need a win in a bad way as they approach Sunday night's crucial clash against

Chelsea have played 15 games since the month of December began, an absolutely torrid run that has shown few signs of slowing down. 

With more competitions beginning soon, the schedule will continue to be tight, but tired or not, the Blues need to snap out of it and string some wins together.

Chelsea have now failed to win any of their last four Premier League games and the draw against Brighton was the last straw for some fans, who are very angry at the team's poor display.

The game ended 1-1 and Chelsea were the second-best team on the night for most of the 90 minutes. Here's how fans across social media reacted to the result:

look at the attacking flow and creative structure of mancity, compare with backpass flow and no attacking structure of Chelsea. We only have defensive structure. for teams like us without a general attacking structure we need a magician to create the flow similar to hazard or fabreg
