While Lukaku cost €115m, not €101m, the Blues are likely to fund his move entirely through player sales.

The likes of Batshuayi, Ugbo, Drinkwater, Barkley and Zappacosta are starting at the exit door while Zouma and Emerson could also leave this summer.

Jurgen Klopp notoriously criticised Chelsea's summer spending, saying he does not understand how they get away with that.
