Arsenal thrashed Chelsea 5-0 on Tuesday in the Premier League with Ben White hitting the target twice.
Leandro Trossard opened the scoring while Kai Havertz also netted a brace alongside White.
But it was White's second goal that caused a frenzy. The Englishman was picked out with a peach of a pass by Martin Odegaard and he attempted to cross the ball first time, but it looped over everyone and into the far corner of the Chelsea net.
Asked if he meant his goal, he responded: "I'll let everyone else decide." Trossard then quickly chimed in: "He meant it."
He added: “I think I was pretty shocked to be fair when it went in. It was an amazing ball by Martin Odegaard, and I got a bit of luck.
"It’s just one of those, isn’t it? I tried to get it back across goal and it went in the net.”
